We do require you to check your items before the driver leaves, this means thoroughly checking the box before opening it If you find any damage at this point please inform the driver that you are rejecting your delivery. Pallet orders require good road access to your delivery addres for a larger delivery vehicle. The pallet is then taken off the lorry via a tail lift then will be by a hand pulled pallet truck. After this process, it is your responsibility for where you put your items. If you have purchased proucts which is delivered via pallet, you will be contacted within 7 working days of placing your order to arrange a scheduled delivery date/day/time.
